You can place your online order or return it to one of our stores in Enschede/Hengelo using this form. Do this within the viewing period of 14 days

- Please fill in the form below to register your return shipment
- Add the order form you received with your order to the items to be returned. We will then know to which order the returned items belong.
- Return the package within the return period of 14 days
- Return the product, free of traces of use, with attached tickets, in the original box or packaging.
- Pack your shipment as well and securely as possible
- Keep the original packaging free of tape and adhesive tape

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund if the product shows signs of use, if tickets are not attached or if the item does not have the correct packaging.
If your return is the result of an incorrect delivery, or is damaged upon delivery, we will refund your return.
