Why is the women's mackintosh from Regn waterproof. The waterproofness of a fabric is expressed in water column. The fabric is waterproof from 1,500 mm onwards only by wearing in the wind or carrying a backpack, the water pressure can exceed 1,500 mm making the jacket still not waterproof.
